Annil's drive, passion, and analytical mind make him ideally suited for the global recruitment industry. After graduating in Computer Science in London, he entered the world of recruitment in 1992. His career has taken him across three continents whilst working for the leading brands in recruitment: SThree plc, Best International (now Adecco) and K2 Partnering.
Annil was also a successful MD of his own recruitment business in the UK for ten years.
Soon after finishing his last corporate role, Annil decided to meet with his ex-colleague and friend, John Pullan, to develop the concept that became KnownFour. Annil was clear that he wanted to build a disruptive recruitment brand that empowered senior recruiters around the world. So, when he heard John's plan for total flexible working, a light-bulb was lit and KnownFour was born.
Annil is a family man. Together with his wife and two children, he relocated to India to follow the ‘rising sun' economy and to experience the pride and honour of its people. Family and friends say he is a fun, happy and deeply loyal person; approaching both his personal life as well as his business life, with a can-do attitude.
